01. 7-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. Whether you need a different size or want to swap for another silhouette, we ensure the transition is smooth.

Note: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original ZARIO packaging with all tags attached.
02. INSTANT REFUNDS
We don't make you wait. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer instant online transfers to your preferred payment method (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash) as soon as the item is received and inspected at our Lahore studio. No 5-7 day waiting periods—just straight-up service.
03. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Every ZARIO piece undergoes a rigorous quality check. However, if you receive a garment that is damaged or incorrect, we will replace it immediately at no additional cost to you. We take full responsibility for our craftsmanship.
